S.W.I.F.T. Group Runs

Your first 30 days with S.W.I.F.T. are FREE!

All Official S.W.I.F.T. Group Runs are led by our trained and experienced Group Run Leaders.
Our group runs are usually in the Eastern Montgomery County, Philadelphia & lower Bucks County region--locations are announced in our private Facebook group.
Please email us at: requesting to be added to this private Facebook group if you would like to try a group run.

S.W.I.F.T. members run anywhere from a 7:00 to a 12:00-13:00 mile and up (including run/walkers and walkers.)

*Our members also have the option to meet-up with other members using our private Facebook to coordinate, or un-officially on their own using our "Pace Chart for Members."

Weekly Summer Track Workouts (Everyone follows their own pace, but has the support of each other.)

Regular Weekend Runs

Weekend runs: Saturday and Sunday group runs are offered most weeks out of the year. Weekend group runs are usually in the early morning. Time, miles and locations of weekend runs change every week and are announced in our private Facebook group.

(Sunday runs are usually shorter distances--walkers, walk/runners are encouraged to attend on Sundays!)

Weekday runs: Group runs are also occasionally offered during the week and in the evenings and are also announced in our private Facebook group.
