The S.W.I.F.T. mission is to bond women in fitness and health together through a strong support system and environment that is welcoming to all athletic levels.

We believe that through wellness and friendship, we can be better in our everyday lives as strong women.

A local chapter of the RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) based in Eastern Montgomery County, PA., S.W.I.F.T. is an all women's running club.

With different backgrounds, experiences, goals, and fitness levels, the women of S.W.I.F.T. work together to inspire, encourage, and provide training support to all women.
